A completed application is required. All fields are required. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
A $35 nonrefundable Application Fee will be charged ONLY WHEN YOU REACH THE FINAL SELECTION PROCESS.
The fee will facilitate the criminal background check and credit check which are required.
The family/individual proposing to rent the home (voucher holder) must complete the set of paperwork that the voucher holder has in their possession.
Submit a copy of your COMPLETED paperwork. We will gladly complete the Landlord information and submit the paperwork to the Housing Authority.
Once this packet of forms has been completely filled out and returned to the Housing Authority, a calculation is done to determine if the family can rent the unit.
If the family is able to rent the unit, the landlord and the family will be notified and the initial inspection will be scheduled.

Most pets are allowed with an additional Pet Deposit.
Generally accepted pets include dogs, cats, fish, small mammals, and small reptiles.
Generally disallowed pets include typically aggressive dog breeds, a large number of pets, outside pets, venomous pets, aggressive or bad tempered pets.
All City, State, and/or Federal laws regarding pets must be maintained at all times.
Documented income of three times the monthly property rent is required.
For consideration, you must submit the last 30 days pay stubs for all individuals who will appear on the Lease.
A HUD Section 8 Voucher is acceptable in lieu of documented income.
If you are working and have a HUD Section 8 Voucher you must submit both the Voucher and your completed application with employment information.
A signed lease, is required prior to occupancy. Lease will be available to qualified applicants.
A $1300 Security Deposit is required upon lease signing and before occupancy.
If you have an approved pet(s), an additional Pet Deposit is required upon lease signing and before occupancy.
Payment methods include cash, personal check, or certified check.
